The parking situation is secure was great. The location right off a major travel route is practical for anyone needing a quick stopover.

The rooms feel dated and show signs of wear and tear, which might. Noise from passing vehicles can be disruptive, and the lack of sufficient heating made it uncomfortable on a cold winter night. Breakfast is limited for the price, offering just some basic rolls and coffee, leaving much to be desired.

It was well signposted,easy to find.Very friendly,smart,helpful staff.Room clean and refurbished.Pleasant restaurant with good choice of food,fresh and tasty Very fresh bread anf pastries for breakfast.100% better than the campanile at Cambrai where we stayed the week before.Easy access to the town of Laon. .

Nothing to dislike about this place.

The first hotel where we haven't had to ask for a second bath towel. The convenience of having good food on site is also a bonus. Service was excellent & friendly, all in all good value. Also another bonus was easy access to motorway.

Take advantage of close parking for easy access while keeping an eye on your vehicle.

Friendly staff who apologised for the room and the chef apologised for the fish but my wife had not been able to eat her food (see below) and remained hungry. Our first visit to this hotel was a much better experience.

The room smelled strongly of stale tobacco which did not seem to have been picked up by the cleaning staff. The main fish course was very overcooked and the sautéed potatoes had been cooked in stale fat and were inedible. The fat was on the plate with the potatoes!

Unfortunately, the hotel has changed/renewed its beds. The one which I slept in was very hard and uncomfortable and not as soft as I remember in previous stays. Resulted in a very poor nights sleep. Bring back the soft beds please!

Positive, Quiet but convenient location. The room wassuper clean and cozy with smart decor and a nice bathroom. We made good use of the bar and breakfast room. Secure free parking was a plus.

All in all particularly good and easy location, just next door to the restaurant, the motorway exit and town centre. Satisfactory breakfast to start the day, reasonably priced food.

The hotel is conveniently positioned and unpretentious, clean and with adequate facilities, as well as secure parking. Pleasant staff. Restaurant offered plentiful food, well patronised by the locals.

The reception/breakfast only opened at 8 so travellers on the move had to make alternative arrangements. No staff on premises overnight.

The welcome was good and booking in swift and efficent. The hotel was easy to find and was just what we wanted for an overnight stop. Although the rooms were very small, they were well thought out.

Only one bedside table.

Hotel employees were friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable and the comforters on each bed were a nice touch. My husband was ill and staff offered to help us with our personal laundry without any charge. The hotel also makes a computer available to guests which is useful and appreciated. Also, even though the hotel is located near a traffic interchange, the rooms on the back side of the hotel are very quite. It was a pleasure to stay at Campanile Laon.

The room had decent access for parking, essential when you're loaded down with baggage from a long trip. The room's overall cleanliness and layout felt modern and functional, made settling in easier after a day on the road.

Upon arrival, the reception was closed, leading to confusion and reliance on an emergency contact that's not overly convenient. The issue of being given an unclean room that had remnants of cigarettes and a terrible smell reminded me of a huge oversight. It ruined sleep quality. There was a heating problem, with the radiator marked "do not touch," making the first night quite uncomfortable. On top of that, communication seems lacking-no callback for issues raised after hours, a real bummer when you're just trying to rest after a long day.

This hotel is modest and fairly clean, has efficient stuff and excellant location to a local eatery. The rooms are ideal and quiet, and are complete with a big bath, all the facilities, for instance. I can recommend this place for overnight stay.
